Terms

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User": Anyone or any entity using the Service
• "Organizer": Those registering and managing events
• "DJ": Those playing music at events
• "Request": The act of specifying a song
• "Tip": Voluntary monetary payment by users

Article 3 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following functions.

• Song request function
• Voting and ranking function
• Tipping function
• Data analysis and visualization

We may change or stop the Service without notice.

Article 4 (User Responsibility)

Users use the Service at their own risk.

• Organizers/DJs are responsible for event content/playback.
• Copyright clearance must be handled by Organizers/DJs.
• Users must comply with laws and public order.

Article 5 (Handling Requests)

• Selection of requests is at the DJ's discretion.
• Playback of requested songs is not guaranteed.
• Tips do not guarantee song playback.

Article 6 (Accounts)

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Account management is the user's responsibility.
• We are not liable for damages from unauthorized use.

Article 7 (Fees & Payment)

• Basic use of the Service is free.
• Tipping is voluntary.
• External payment services are used.
• No refunds after payment completion.

Article 8 (Distribution of Tips)

• We may distribute tips to Organizers after fees.
• Conditions are determined separately by us.
• Transfer fees may be charged to Organizers.

Article 9 (Prohibitions)

• Illegal acts
• Unauthorized access
• Interfering with operations
• Nuisance to others
• Illegal/inappropriate requests
• Fraudulent payments

Article 10 (Privacy)

Information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Data may be used for improvement and statistics.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property)

All rights belong to us or the respective right holders.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

• Damage from songs not being played
• Troubles between users
• System or network failures

Our liability is limited to the tip amount paid.

Article 13 (Suspension)

Service may be suspended for maintenance or failures.

Article 14 (Violations)

• We may suspend accounts upon term violations.

Article 15 (Amendments)

Continued use after changes implies agreement.

Article 16 (Governing Law)

Governed by Japanese law; jurisdiction is at our local court.
